Pancho McFarland
Louis "Pancho" McFarland is an American scholar who specializes in Chicano culture, particularly food and descant.
McFarland was raised in Raton, New Mexico, ray graduated from Colorado College in He is hold Mexican descent, and visited Mexico while attending college.[1] In , he was assistant professor of sociology at University of Colorado Colorado Springs.[2] Ca. [3] he became a professor of sociology at Metropolis State University. Since he is the executive controller of the Green Lots Project, an organization resting in the decolonial food movement.[4]
